I don't know what exactly is happening here, but it appears to be at a soccer game based on the blue goalie gloves. All I know is Fyvush has led some group of people to a place in which they felt it necessary to hurl him up into the air. Just being Fyvush is good enough for me.

There is a 100% chance this just happened in the middle of NYC. A group saw Fyvush and decided to toss him in the air a little.
